Sergio Aguero Scores Hat-Trick As Manchester City Beat Arsenal 3-1

Sergio Aguero 3 – 1 Arsenal.

Manchester City’s prolific No.10 bagged a superb hat-trick as they close the gap on Premier League leaders Liverpool.

Aguero opened the scoring inside the very first minute. Though, against the run of play, Arsenal leveled thanks to Laurent Koscielny.

But it didn’t take City long to regain the lead. Just before the break, Aguero completed a slick move involving both İlkay Gündoğan and Raheem Sterling.

He then made it three for the hosts after the hour mark, fumbling in Sterling’s cross.

Only Newcastle United hero Alan Shearer has more (11) Premier League hat-tricks than Aguero (10).

City now have 59 points on the board, two ahead of Spurs and two behind Liverpool who play West Ham United on Monday.
