Toss Kolkata Knight Riders chose to bowl v Rajasthan Royals

Kolkata Knight Riders have chosen to bowl first against Rajasthan Royals, expecting the Jaipur surface to remain excellent for batting through the course of the 40 overs. Knight Riders have had success chasing in the IPL so far.

Royals won their most-recent match – against Royal Challengers Bangalore – but have made two changes to their XI, both of which boost their spin attack. Seam-bowling allrounder Stuart Binny goes out to make way for the legspinning allrounder Prashant Chopra, while seamer Varun Aaron makes way for legspinner S Midhun.

Knight Riders are also coming off a victory against Royal Challengers, and have made one change to their XI, bringing in seamer Harry Gurney for fast bowler Lockie Ferguson.
