Real Madrid will ask Eden Hazard to force a move away from Chelsea if they refuse to drop their asking price.
Chelsea are demanding £100 million for Hazard. But Real Madrid won’t meet Chelsea’s asking price this summer.
Instead, Real Madrid will ask him to force a transfer according to Daily Mail.
Real Madrid are set for a major summer overhaul with the club keeping tabs on several players including Hazard.
Though the Spanish giants are reluctant to fork out a huge amount, and if the Blues fail to lower Hazard’s valuation, then they ask him to push for a switch.
Real Madrid want Hazard to make his dreams of plying his trade at the iconic Bernabeu public to accelerate a transfer.
It appears his future lies elsewhere with all parties involved confident of striking a deal so Hazard can become a ‘Galactico’.
The 28-year-old has starred for Chelsea this campaign, weighing in with goals and assists. He’s got 17 goals to his name in all competitions not to mention 12 assists in the Premier League.
He’s only a few goals away from having his best season at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard has admitted Zinedine Zidane is his idol and with the Frenchman back in the Real Madrid hot-seat, he’s talked up the Belgium ace.
“I will not give my personal opinion about what may happen because the season has not ended, but I’ve always appreciated him,” he said when asked about signing Hazard in the summer.
“I’ve seen him a lot since I was playing in France. He’s fantastic,” he added.
