Inter, Napoli and Roma have reportedly formed an anti-Juventus alliance to stop the Old Lady from signing Mauro Icardi.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the three sides have put on ‘a united front’ to strengthen their respective attacks and ensure Juve miss out on Icardi.
The newspaper talks up a three-way striker scramble, which would see the Argentine join Napoli, Arkadiusz Milik head to Roma and Inter snap up Edin Dzeko.
However, it is warned the chain reaction will only be triggered if Icardi makes the first move and signs for the Partenopei.
Although the Nerazzurri plan to insert a clause preventing Napoli from selling the hitman on to the Bianconeri, the 26-year-old is said to be prioritising a switch to Turin.
